Then on the 4th of January around 10am i realized the back of my car has been bumped unaware, 1st thing on my mind yes I'm insured with king Price let me alert them of the claim but again I'm like what if my claim is rejected as i have no idea who bumped into me? I submit my claim on App Portal soonest i receive a call from a sweet lady by the name of Tshegofatso Ramaleba who was more than ready to assit, takes me through the process and i receive a text of claim registration. In 2days i get a call from Tshegofatso Ramaleba requesting me to sign certain documents of acknowledgement and sent them back, in a day the car is assessed and in less than 9 days my claim is Approved and my car ready to be fixed like I'm still shocked by thier time frame and customer service which i received. Exactly what we need from other insurers when we insure with them... Thanks king price 4 making life easy and stress free
