Their service is very slow for the claims process compared to previous insurance, I'm not getting regular updates in my claim
Their service is very slow for the claims process compared to previous insurance, I'm not getting regular updates in my claim. When I call the call center I wait and hour and don't get through, I have to go via WhatsApp to get an agent or someone to call you
