Their customer service is really good
Their customer service is really good. You always speak to really friendly and helpful people and it is so easy to communicate with them via WhatsApp. I haven't made a claim yet so I can't speak to what the claims process is like but so far I have had a very positive experience with them. They also offer discounts on your premiums and the rates are super competitive. My most recent interaction with Emmanual Jiane was excellent.
