The worst unprofessionalism and serious lack of basic customer service

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service received from the Legal Department. Emails are neither acknowledged nor responded to, and the consultant assigned to my matter is consistently unavailable and was told that no one will attend to my matter until the consultant is back from leave. I asked to then speak to a Manager and was also told that the Manger is unavailable and that other consultants are not allowed to work on each other's matters. This demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service. Given the critical nature of this legal matter, such conduct is inexcusable and has caused unnecessary stress, frustration, especially considering the importance and urgency of this matter. I have never come across such horrible customer service.
