THE WORST SERVICE EVER!

I called in to the company about three months ago to lay a complaint about having being hit by a truck, and getting my side mirror fixed. The guy I spoke to said the company would check the validity of my claim and get back to me within 48 hours (firstly, the 48 hours was pathetic enough... what if I had died in a car accident that day??). I waited, still waited until this day, since July.... no call, no sms, no email, no feedback. But when they want my money they don't have to wait. <br> <br> still no feedback and I ended up paying up my own damages but I have an insurance company to my name. To what do I owe all those monthly installments? ridiculous prices for no service at all. That is not fair. My money keeps vanishing from my bank account but there are no services at all. <br> <br> <br> I was even thinking of discontinuing my relationship with the company. I am very displeased. I would like to know what is going to happen to the fact that I ended up covering my own charges... I was not called... No feedback. I spent my own money on things which Insurance said they would cover. It wasn't even anything huge, just a mirror. but it cost me way out of my budget considering that I pay monthly!!
