The worst insurance sinse life ever happened

<p>My car was suppose to be towed from home to the machanic, gave them all the details including the phone number in case they get lost. Guess what? At 8pm last night the machanic was still open, waiting for the car that was supposedly on the way. Called the tow truck to find out where he was, he didn't answer and instead sent an SMS saying that he is in a meeting. This morning I get a call from Toyata, wondering whats happening as the car was delivered there. Imagine!! How do I give you an address and u assure me that you taking my car to where I want it to go yet you take it somewhere else and without any communication??? This has cost me money! I have to call you because your guys promise to call and they don't! Transport! I must go from pillar to post pushing you to do your job cause clearly yal need a push!! Y'all ARE THE WORST! I REGRET THE DAY I SIGNED UP WITH YOU!!!
