The worst insurance ever

I have been an King Price Insurance account holder from the day that i have took my first car in South Africa. I have been constantly contacting them about my Policy updates which takes place with out my consent and i was held liable to pay the extra charges everytime for the things that i am not responsible off. Then i have decided to move out from King Price Insurance and then i had a conversation with the Manager direct about my money to be refunded for the changes that we made with out my consent. I was promised by the Manager that my money will be refunded on Monday11-Sept-2017. I was very patient for two weeks then I have contacted King Price Insurance again to connect me to the Manager. I was said by the consultant that he will give me a call back and till date no call back was done and neither my money was refunded. I am really disappointed with the services of King Price and never in my life i will be a King Price Insurance Policy Holder again. I didnt mention the names as me being a developer i dont want to take away someone's Job.
