The Worst Insurance Company in South Africa

I made an insurance claim with kingprice as my vehicle had been ******. As per Mr Pierre Klopper the claim was declined because I did not have a tracker in my unit. According to him I was told and then he sends me some attachment with a paragraph circled saying if I do not install a tracker in my vehicle they will not be covering the unit if it gets ******. He claims that I was told on the phone when I called their call centre to apply for cover. I have no problem with that but every time I ask for the recording I get thrown from one pillar to another. The last person I communicated with was Dudu Mabuza and Pierre Klopper. I have numerous emails from Pierre Klopper saying the recording of my call has been sent to me and that was two weeks ago. He is saying he does not know why I have not received it yet \really now". """
