The WORST insurance company Ever!!

I reported an accident on the 6th of February and my car was towed. King Price does not do follow up calls just by the way so I had to call them and ask what happened, only to find out they have opened a claim case and so forth... It took them almost TWO Months and a few days to repair a bumper damage.

My car has a new Very Visible dent that no one is accounting for! I have been trying to get ahold of them for days now. I have sent emails, NO RESPONSE. On top of all of that, they debit my account the maximum premium twice even after I have informed them that I could not submit my monthly mileage because the car was in for repairs at their repairs shop. I am so annoyed with everything King Price does! I just want them to terminate my contract because the more they claim they are fixing the issue, the problem becomes far more worse.

Honestly there is no Royal treatment there. I wouldn't recommend K. P even to my worst enemy.
