The worst insurance!!!!!!
The service provided is disgusting!!!! I've been having a problem with them for months now, and I'm absolutely fed up. Firstly a little while ago I spoke to a consultant named Rejoice, she wouldn't even listen to me she just told me if I'm not happy I'm welcome to cancel my policy. What kind of service is that? I have that stupid chili cover, so I need to log in my KM's monthly. But this month the app was under maintenance, and as soon it was back online I logged in my mileage and they deducted the full premium! Not even up to 500km it was the +1000 km premium, and I had only driven 300km this month. Definitely going to change insurance.
