The voice prompt options are clear, and the waiting time on the line was not long at all. The option of sending a location where I'm stranded was a cherry on top as I wouldn't have been able to give directions. I was kept up to date regarding the estimated time of arrival of help as well as the expected vehicle registration number and driver which covered the safety aspect of my roadside assistance.
