If your legal departments auto response is 5 working days, the least you can do is get back to a person within the stipulated time frame. I have been grossly inconvenienced by your customer and now by you. I guess this is why King Price Insurance prides itself on "Super Cheap Insurance" cause their standards are cheap. May your legal team please look into reference CKP***/1 and provide feedback as to what their verdict is.
