The superior quality service received from King Price staff

We changed our Household and Vehicle insurance to King Price approximately 9 months ago and have really had a bad run re claims, the service we have received from King Price has been superb. Not only have the claims been approved but they have stayed in touch with us every step of the way with regular feedback and even followed up to ensure that the excess paid initially was refunded. This is the first time that any of the previous insurance companies we've been covered with has gone the extra mile and ensured we were refunded the excess. I must also mention the quality of service received by their call center staff has been unfailingly exceptional especially from Sarene Jooste. Well done to everyone at King Price on the quality service we've received from date of inception.
