The staff is always friendly and willing to assist.I've never experienced problems thus far. Today I spoke to Mickayla to follow up on a payment that didnt go through. I shifted my funds into a different account which is why my payment didnt go through. She was kind and was able to help me with debiting the fees today, instead of having to wait for another debit order date. What a relief! ❤
