The sevice is really not good!!!

<p>Yesterday 26.03.2017 my husband, myself and two children (6 & 1 1/2 years) old was involved in a car accident on the N4 close to the Brits plaze toll gate. We called King price to report the accident. The respond for the tow trucks was very good. We then asked if the family run option will help us to get us home. Because our car was being towed away to the pannel beater. They said yes they are sending someone as soon as possible. The person who will assist is only 8km away from where the accident took place. 15min no one showed up my husband called again the guy is on his way he will be 5min. After another 15min my husband called again accoring to them they can't get hold of the driver. This went on for 3 hours. Take note we have two small children and standing next to the road. With no one assiting us. After the last call my husband made to find out is there someone to take us home the the person from King Price insurance confirmed they don't have a service provider to assist us. They did not even call us back to see if we arrived home safely or anything. I would like to say that the service was pathetic. When joining the insurance they give so many options to assist but when you are in need there is no one to assist. Really not a happy client at the moment. </p>
