The Royal Treatment Fully Received

I have always felt like royalty at King Price until recently when my cellphone claim was paid out in a form of cash card that limited my purchasing ability. Meaning that replacing my phone was proving to be a mammoth task since the card couldn't be used for online purchases. After complaining to King Price, I just thought it was going to be one of those events where you get dismissed with nice words and insurance terminology. But boy, did I have a surprise waiting for me.

Less than an hour after giving King Price feedback about my dissatisfaction, I received a friendly call from Lesego in the claims department seriously concerned about my unhappiness. After patiently listening to my story, she then went and sourced an alternative solution that would satisfy my needs. I was very happy that my issue was taken into such high consideration and that it was resolved the first time around. Now that is very rare these days, since insurances intend to take from us all the time and throw out these insurance terms designed to frustrate us as consumers come claiming time.

Subsequent to the above, I then remembered why I have been with King Price since 2012, and it was just for that reason that they will go above and beyond to make your day royal. Now that will keep them in business for a very long time to come.
