The Royal Decree ... to its subjects

I have read so many reviews of this company, and its like there's a trend. Because my claim has also been rejected! The loss adjuster, who is actually an investigator, made us feel like the ********s when our house was burgled. He interrogated my husband... and googled the items we listed as ****** and if you get it wrong its a problem... we could also google the items, but why did we have to be prepared like that, as if we are *****. So then he said that he doesn't dispute that we had those items, but still rejects the claim... for what? Because the items were pricy according to him? and maybe he couldn't believe that we could have such pricy things? But are we not paying insurance to cover our valuables and entrust that the insurer has our best interest at heart, by honouring their end of the agreement and being there when needed? instead you get treated like the ********. They are too concerned with the ambiance of the situation instead of the items that are gone. but they make bold statement like "if you turn your house on its roof, and everything that falls out is covered" ... I'm truly disgusted. I wish I had read the bad reviews before engaging in a policy with them. Because WOW! I hope the people considering to join them thinks twice and take these reviews to heart, so they wont end up like the aggrieved clients like myself.
