Further to my previous review... listening back on the recordings with the assessor i noticed how this guy was leading the review he would say things that aren't true and then if you don't say anything he will use that. But I the time I didn't look at it as I do now after the incident... I have heard that these independent assessors gets an incentive when they get claims rejected...
