I needed to solve 2 problems through my insurer, the first issue was to register a claim from my Building Cover, and the second issue was to review and update my whole policy. Thank you very much to Faron Bedwell and Louis Wolf respectively for listening and helping me out with the insurance queries and procedures. Both of you were professional, quick and very competent.
