The person who helped me was really fantastic
The person who helped me was really fantastic. It was a very stressful situation and she made us feel taken care of, and also went above and beyond. The only feedback I have is for the telephone process. We had an emergency, and I had to sit on the phone going through the automated process for ages before I actually got hold of any one, which is not very useful in an emergency
