The person I spoke to Lulama was an excellent at retention. I called to cancel but he made sure I keep the policy by not saying much but just having a conversation. He told me how he replaced one persons cambelt which made me wonder what if I need to replace that sometime and I just decided instantly to retain my warranty cover.
