The New Vision for King Price is "Incompetency at its best"

On the 31st of December 2022 I was Involved in an accident, so due to King Price's bad services that I was receiving I put a review on Hellopeter around the 18th of January 2022 and on the 19th of January 2022 i received a call from Abel Kotelo, informing the details of my car being written off, and assured me. The very same day (19/01/2023) I received a call from Leon Strydom informing me that he will be taking over from Abel to fast track the Claim and why was the car written off.

On the 25th of January 2023 i received an email from Leon Strydom not addressing me as Mr. Ramokgola anymore like how he did on the 20th of January 2023, however, I was now addressed with my first name (I worry not though), Then he promised me that immediately after sending the ID and finance agreement he will be finalizing my claim with immediate attention.

On the 27th of January 2023, I called King Price and spoke to Sabastian Makitla, which promised that the claim will be finalised on or before the 1st of February 2023, and from there i never heard anything from Leon Strydom that promised to get back to me.

On the 1st of February 2023, i called King Price and spoke to Clifford Maluleka and the outcome of the call was that he will escalate the matter, but then also advised me that it should be completed ASAP. By that time Leon Strydom is still quiet

On the 03rd of February 2023, I called King Price again and i Spoke to Kego Tsolong who just told King Price is busy with my claim and as i asked her why is she not giving me the details of the claim she started being defensive and being arrogant on me for her own incompetency, that's when i asked to talk to her supervisor, Casious Shabangu answered the call and promised me that he did escalate my matter and i will receive feedback by 14H00 and at this point Leon Strydom is still nowhere to be found.

Leon Strydom's attitude compels me that there's racial ************** that exist within him and that's why i have to Beg for information. I am truly disappointed and hopeless about King Price. Incompetency is their vision.
