The most pain free process with insurance I have ever experienced
The most pain free process with insurance I have ever experienced. Our consultant, Akhona Zihlangu, was extremely helpful and cheerful to boot. She took the time to explain everything professionally, but still managed to make me feel welcome and safe. While I sincerely hope I will never need to claim again, Akhona made it so easy that I would not mind it too much. The company is great but Akhona is a great asset to their team.
