The most Horrible insurance company I've ever dealt with

I've never had to claim without issues. First it was the Scratch and dent that I took out , they made me wait for mo ths on end without any feedback. The I had a windscreen claim I submitted last year November only to receive a call in December , I gave all the required details and was told someone will phone after they secure the glass the next thing I know I am getting a message saying the claim will expire soon. How? How ? While I am still waiting for them to let me know they've found the glass. Again this year I submit a washing machine claim and still this time they tell me the peril is not insured to top it all they take a part out of th washing machine and dissappear with it after reje ting my claim. I wonder what's gonna happen if I really have a big claim ..Their is extremely poor with rude Advisor that don't give a damn about their clients
