The most horrible insurance

I ticked the one star because I am required to select otherwise King Price deserves a zero star. I had an accident yesterday, I am seated here frustrated with my damaged car outside and they keep of seeking or asking for things that are far beyond my control. They don’t have any contact, I must cal them and the waiting time for them to do you a favour and answer your call is atleast 30 minutes if you are lucky. I can’t wait to change them after all this hassle and headache otherwise I should start applying for loans to fix my car when I was paying them every month without fail because by now it’s clear they won’t come through for me when I need them to. Tell your family and friends to tell everyone to never take up this insurance. It’s **** and half with very rude and unprofessional consultants!!!
