The lady who called was very friendly and informative, she new her product and advised accordingly. She was patient and listerned attentively. She spoke clearly and when I couldnt hear she repeated patiently untill I understood. She also called on time when we made an appointment when was convenient for me and when I was busy she asked a time which was convenient and did call. She is good. Thank you.
