The KING's standards is questionable.....

I recently were involved in a motorcar accident, where King Price Insurance Client overtook on a solid white line in opposing traffic, and drove into my vehicle while I was turning. I filed a 3rd party claim with King Price Insurance and have been given the run around for past 3 months. The last communication from King Price Insurance to me was to make a settlement offer of about 10% of the damages, and they indicated that if I accepted the settlement, I may not take further action against their client. It seems King Price Insurance are great at service, for their clients only. Yet they take every opportunity to wriggle themselves out of a responsibility, which I belief their clients is paying for i.e. 3rd party insurance. Forget the fact that their client overtook on a solid white lane, in oncoming traffic, to crash into me while I was turning. Seems fortune favours the ******** or negligent in SA. I am somewhat astonished at their behaviour.
