The King's men leaving me frustrated...

This complaint is actually more about a service provider and contractor that King Price appointed rather than King Price itself, but since my agreement and policy is with King Price, I feel the buck stops with them... I was notified about a concealed burst water pipe at my house I am renting out on the 2nd of August. This resulted in my tenants not having any water. I logged a claim with King Price (claim No: CKP***/5) the same morning. I constantly followed up since my tenants were completely without any water. I was told that CLC would handle my claim and I was eventually informed around 12:50 that a company called Maroela Africa was appointed and would go and do the assessment between 16:00 and 19:00 on Tuesday the 2nd of August. The following morning I did a follow up and was informed by my tenant that no one came to do the assessment. Eventually after numerous calls, I was told that Maroela africa would only be doing the assessment at 18:00 that day. I called again to emphasize how critical this is, because of the fact that my tenants were without water... The contractor called me and I also explained to him that this is extremely urgent, but he said he could not get to my house quicker. The following morning I followed up again and the contractor informed me that he was at my house, but that he would only be able to do the damage report that afternoon... I told him that it is unacceptable since my tenants has been without water for the last 3 days already. He said he would do the report as soon as possible. Later that afternoon on Thursday I was informed that the report was submitted and that King Price is processing the claim. Early Friday morning (5 August), I received an email to inform me my claim has been approved. I called the contractor who told me he has not received the "go ahead" so I called CLC, who said they are still waiting for authorisation from King Price. I called King Price and they informed me that they already sent the authorisation but would send it again. A couple of hours later I again called CLC, who again told me they are still waiting for the authorisation. I again called King Price and the lady said she could see it has been sent to CLC 5 times already, so she will do a manual authorisation and call them while I am on the line to confirm. I called the contractor who told me that he received the go ahead and that he would do the repairs as soon as I pay the excess which I immediately did. After the payment was made, the contractor (Maroela Africa) ignored my calls and whatsapps for the rest of the day, leaving my tenants without water for yet another day. The following morning I received a voicenote from Maroela Africa, informing me that he tried to get hold of "his people" on friday and couldn't and that he is still trying to get hold of them, but he would inform me when he managed to get hold of them... On Monday morning I followed up with Maroela Africa who only then informed me that they were starting at my house to fix the burst pipes. My tenants were left without water for a week, because of your contractor messing around.... But wait, there is more.... Now the pipe has been repaired, but the wall and tiles that were damaged is not... I followed up with Maroela and was informed that they are leaving it open for a week to check for leaks, but that he wont be able to find the same tiles to do the repairs. I told him that I understand that and that he could just use plain black or mosaic tiles to do the repairs. So on the 15th of August I followed up with Maroela Africa who sent me pictures of the "repairs"to the tiles they damaged... It was obvious from the pictures that they just took the broken tiles, puzzled them together and stuck them to the wall.... It looks horrible!! Maroela Africa then sent me a voice note informing me that he cant get the same tiles and that the mosaic will not work either and that he did not include the tiles in the quote.... Now... I have building insurance to restore my asset to the same/ similar condition in the event of a claim... Patching old broken tiles roughly to a wall which had flawless tiles before is not acceptable... I called CLC yesterday (16 August) to complain and I was told that the matter has been escalated to a team leader who would call me during the course of the day to update me on what they are going to do about it... I have not received any call as yet.... This whole claim has left me frustrated, annoyed and angry... Leaving my tenants a week without water is unacceptable. Only doing cosmetic repairs two weeks after a claim is probably acceptable to a certain degree, but doing the quality of work that was done with lame excuses about it not being part of the quote, leaving my once flawless bathroom looking like a cheap patchjob is completely unacceptable and King Price should be ashamed to be associated with repairs like this... It seems like King Price however did their part effectively (approving the claim) and unfortunately re**** on ************ contractors to do the repairs, however I feel that my agreement is with King Price and they should be sorting this out, I dont have to deal with ************ contractors. I am going to allow King Price the opportunity to rectify this situation and get my bathroom repaired to an acceptable standard, since I do not believe that this is their fault and I will update this review and stay a client of King Price if they manage to sort this out. I do not want to deal with Maroela Africa or CLC for that matter at all any longer, I just want my bathroom restored to an acceptable standard.
