The King vs The Peasants

Submitted a claim almost a month ago on my wife's vehicle. I was the driver at the time of the accident. After giving us a run around and some complaints on social media platforms a manager finally called us. They send out their assessor after failed attempts by their call centre agents to assist. in steps their assessor who will be personally responsible for our claim. He came conducted his interview and had all sorts of technical questions and terms. Midway through I could gather where this was going and in no uncertain terms told him "You basically here with your technical terms to make sure that this claim is not paid out and that you secure your commission for stopping a pay out on a claim" He denied that. Needless to say a few days after that interview that will expedite the claim, guess what the claim is rejected on the grounds that the main driver was not involved in the accident. They had to do a "prejudice assessment projection" on me and they discovered that they would have charged me more if the insurance was on my name. on the grounds of that they reject the claim. Furthermore they cannot supply me with a letter to do a third party claim against the individual who bumped into me insurance They are also more then happy to assist my wife with a cancellation for this insurance and there will be no out bonus as well should we cancel how is that for insurance Reality is that they can claim the money back from the person who bumped us insurance but they wont do that for the peasants oops customers who take care of the KING by paying monthly instalments on time without missing a beat The King Price internal assessor will smile all the way to the bank because he will be enjoying his commission at our expense...... I also noticed that majority of complaints on this platform has "business has not responded" and all the compliments has "business has responded" says much about their priorities So disgusted by this organization
