The King Price Consultant by the name of Donovan Birch, was very courteous and compassionate in handling my accident insurance claim. He took his time to allow me to recall the details of what occurred, making sure I understood the questions he was asking me to accede to the insurer's information needs. I was able to provide the information to the best of my recollection and with unshaken honesty.
