It has been more than three months since the incident and still you will only communicate with me when I complain about your bad service on social media, why? It is impossible for a measly R5000.00 claim to take this long to settle. I'm tired of the current South African trend of providing the worst possible service at seriously inflated prices. No wonder that statistics claims that only 30% of vehicles on the road in SA are insured.
