The insurance company could be much more clear in terms of the communications of what calculations it's yearly increases are based off. I had to query this in order to get a proper accounting from an agent. Thank goodness said agent, Mr Ngwako Mabetwa was extremely informative and very helpful in the calculations as well as getting my premium back down to reasonable costs per my profile as I havent claimed and my vehicle is in top condition. I will say in addition to Ngwako, the service personnel who's name I unfortunately have forgotten was also equally helpful as they assured me the initial problem for which I requested a call-back, was up to them to fix and on behalf of the business sent in their apologies. Personnel like those I've mentioned are the reason businesses thrive in my opinion, so I am happy to recommend KP recognize these individuals
