The immediate reaction on my report of a burst geyser, to inform me in 5 minutes who the plumber service to attend, my co-payment amount would be, who within 5 minutes contacted me and arrived at my home 20 minutes later.....absolutely awesome!!! King Price also approved the replacement of the thermometer of the geyser. The geyser was replaced within 24 hours with even improved results compared to my situation before the incident. King Price contacted me as well to follow up whether the geyser was replaced to my satisfaction!!!
