The great attitude is what sells!!
A sunny disposition on a chilly thursday morning. Ever notice the surly unhelpful attitude of so many people over the telephone? Not Quintin Barnard from King Price. Phoned them this morning re a account issue and ended up chatting like we were mates...why? He was so friendly and helful that I the customer felt really comfortable. Sorted out the problem quickly as well and he even tried to sell me some extras which I didnt even mind because of his whole attitude!!great service great person, Kingprice dont lose that man!!
