The gentleman who was assisting me was very polite and patient. Was eager to hear about my concerns and even went out of his way in getting his manager in giving me a better deal of decreasing the premium but with the SAME excess fee. He went the extra mile by explaining to me why I cannot change the policy holder name (as now I have a clear view).
