The fastest response to an online request I've ever experienced. I clicked submit and within 20 seconds my phone rang. The premium was the best I'd received and to say I was impressed is an understatement. The only negative thing I have is that they use a percentage based excess. I would like to at least have the option of a fixed excess even if I have to pay a bit more.
