The consultant who assisted me was Brenda Puckree. I have to say I was blown away by how courteous and professional she was. Most importantly how quick she managed to sort me out. People always have very bad things to say about insurance claims but people like Brenda will definitely change that narrative from clients. She is an asset to the company and may she go higher and higher in the organisation.
