The consultant was very helpful
The consultant was very helpful. I requested a call regarding my debit order not going through and she explained that the system was down. She furthermore made my day royal but advising me with my excess amount and new premium which I am happy with. She also sent an email to the legal department just for me to know the status of my accident report. Such a lovely soul. Thank you
