The consultant was friendly and helpful by assisting me where I don’t understand
The consultant was friendly and helpful by assisting me where I don’t understand. He calmed me down as I was upset with increase of my policy , by the end of the communication we’re all happy. I gave him 4 stars not because he doesn’t deserve 5 stars, just that there’s always room for improvement.
