The consultant, Eudene Jacobs was very very helpful. I missed my premium yesterday due to affordability. My option was to take out my insured laptop from my current premium to lower the price. She advised otherwise and checked for discounts and found out that I could get more than R300 reduced from the premium which really assists me a lot. The thought of not having my car insured in these current times is scary, however the economic times are affecting us greatly. It’s people like Eudene that really are considerate for their customers to give us the best value. I am really happy about her outstanding service this morning.
