The claims handler almost rejected my claim based on insurance history without verifying with me or investigating
The claims handler almost rejected my claim based on insurance history without verifying with me or investigating. As a result claim approved late after I was the one who kept on following on the claim and repairs was delayed. Vehicle collected and not everything was repaired.
