I am truly happy with how efficient and effective King Price is woth their customers. They really treat us like royalty. I for one have no regrets of having them as my insurance. The way they attended to my issue today. They helped with road side assistance just a call back on my app 5 minutes later the tow car was at our location. I was so shocked at how quick and caring they were and made us laugh through the whole ordeal. The most important person I want to mention is TSEPISO the agent that I spoke to whom assisted me throughout the process. He was very attentive to every detail, he was empathetic. I could feel how much he cares for each individual customer through his professionalism and the way he handled our situation with efficiency is beyond me. He is the best customer service agent I have spoken to telephonically. He also assisted and went the extra mile by assisting with getting an uber for us since we have no family in this area. TSEPISO you are hands down, one of the best client care agents that I've come across. May you be blessed abundantly and I pray that King Price recognises what an asset they have in you. Thank you.
