The agent who was assisting me was Musa Mopaga, he is such a gentlemen.. He was patient with me when I panicked after seeing a video on TikTok about checking in with policy providers. And that call saved me as I had few outstanding details which I needed to provide to the company.. Thank you very much amr Mogapa for your kindness.
