The agent Legaiyenn Morris was very helpful. Their WhatsApp service however was not cooperative at first. I gave the first agent my policy number and I don’t receive a response. Instead they called, which was not my preferred method of communicating, whilst I was on the call with another agent as I had not received a response on WhatsApp. Legaiyenn was lovely and helpful at the end
