The advisor misled me as she gave me wrong info.

I called King price insurance to review my car insurance and spoke to the senior advisor by the name of Lerato. She did the review with me and the premium was reduced. I asked her when is the new amount going to be deducted and she advised that it will start on the 20th Feb 2026.the premium debited on the 20th was old amount not the one I was promised. I called yesterday and spoke to Obed who let me hold the line for 10 minutes as he told me that he is logging the case for my call to be listened to. After 10 minutes he came back to me and told me that he need to transfer me to Lerato meaning he didn't log a case as promised. I ended up dropping as I was ****ed and my lunch was over as I was on that call for almost 30 minutes.
