Thato Tsetsewa was a complete pleasure

Thato Tsetsewa was a complete pleasure. He helped me so much with my claim . Even when the call got cut he made sure to call me back (unlike his other colleagues from yesterday& today that could not be bothered to call me back as I put in my claim)...and though his knock off time was near he took the initiative. I'm truly grateful for the service, was feeling off because of the damage on my car when calling in but when I got off the call I was all smiles because of his service filled with laughter. Thato Tsetsewa once again thanks for the great service, it's truly highly appreciated when people love their job and take pride it it. Thank you
