Thapelo was very patient, well mannered individual who got the issues resolved
Thapelo was very patient, well mannered individual who got the issues resolved. This is after speaking to various people on numerous occasions without anyone even trying to even listen nor understand the circumstances of my situation. Thapelo was the only one who listened and assisted without complicating issues.
