Thanks Melissa, for sorting out KP's mess

I received an sms stating that my premium would drop by an amount which it didn't. I queried this and I haven't received feedback after I was told that they would look into the matter. Queried a 2nd time and no response. I then cancelled my policy with KP after I made sure that I wouldn't have to pay a cancellation fee and R600 was deducted.<br> <br> I would rate you #Melissa Stadler, for your prompt response after I had to call KP. But I would not recommend KP even to an enemy, due to the unprofessional service you seem to deliver with your weird system that \does what it wants"surely there are IT people to properly program your systems and to obviously have some control over it. I suggest you spend extra time on this system or properly train your IT people or get a proper system in place"
