I’d like to personally thank Mr Msingatha Mfazi from Kingprice insurance who was exceptional help regarding my case whereby my car was giving me problems and Audi was refusing to fix it under warranty and I was caught up between because I had no clue what the cause of it’s malfunctioning was coming from either repairs that could have been done in the car before or what. However Mr Msingatha took it upon himself that I do not suffer in the process of investigations and arranged/followed up and always updated me on the matter and also arranged that I had a curtesy car while my car was away for a month at no cost to me. . It was difficult to work with Audi Middelburg and I doubt I’d buy their brand again ever. To king price insurance, thank you for your great service and you really have proven that you take care of your customers. Thank you so much. I’m a well please client, you fixed my car and it’s back.
