I needed to assist my mom in addressing an account issue, as she has previously suffered a stroke and could not manage her account herself. Abednego was incredibly understanding and helpful. Not to mention incredibly fast in his response. I was given power of attorney and her refund was actioned the same day, and she received the money in her account less than 24 hours later. I only had to call once. Seriously considering moving over to King Price myself based on this awesome experience. Thank you :)
